Apricot Care recognises the oft changing needs of the people we care for. Every client will have their own personalised care plan, centred on their needs. The care plan will be the central focus of service delivery, matching the skills of our staff to the needs of the client. Apricot Care will collaborate with other services/professionals to ensure that the client's personal care plan continues to meet their individual identified needs.
