Client Profiles
The groups of individuals served by Apricot Care Ltd will normally be above 18 years of age and will include:
- Older people- including those with complex health and care needs.
- Adults with mental health problems.
- Adults with learning disabilities.
- Adults with sensory impairment.
- Adults who have had a stroke.
- Adults with terminal illness.
- Adults who are ill- this may be those people who have a Long Term Condition (Neurological or Other)
- Adults who are acutely ill- who may need short term support until the acute phase has subsided. This may be an exacerbation of their chronic condition.
- Adults recovering from illness.
- Short term housebound adults.
- Students requiring support away from home.
